Hikmah Quest

Support

An Islamic learning party game for families. Phone on your forehead, your friends give the clues, and every card you miss is explained before you play again.

Get in touch

Write to hello@ethitech.io and a person will read it. Please say which device you are using and what happened, and we will come back to you.

How to play

Hold the phone to your forehead so everyone else can see the word. They give you clues.

Tilt the phone down when you get it right, and up to skip.

At the end of the round, every card you skipped is shown with an explanation, so you learn the ones you missed.

Common questions

I bought packs and they are locked again

Open the Store tab and tap Restore Purchases. Your packs are attached to the Apple ID or Google account that bought them, not to the device, so they come back on a new phone as well.

If they do not, check you are signed in to the same account you bought them with. That is the commonest cause by far.

How do I turn the daily reminder off?

Settings, then switch Daily reminder off. Nothing further is scheduled.

If the switch will not turn on, notifications are blocked for Hikmah Quest in your phone’s own settings — the app offers an Open Settings button to take you there, because a phone only ever asks once.

Tilting is not registering my answers

Hold the phone in landscape, flat against your forehead. Turning it upright is how the app knows the round has stopped, so answers deliberately do not count while it is held that way.

Tilt down for correct and up to skip. If it still feels unreliable, Settings has a tilt sensitivity control — High needs a smaller movement.

How do I pause a round?

Tap anywhere on the screen, or the Pause button. The clock stops and you can resume or quit.

I would like a refund

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us — we never receive your payment details and cannot reverse a charge.

On iPhone or iPad, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase. On Android, use the Play Store’s order history, or play.google.com/store/account.

If something in the app is not working, write to us first — most refund requests turn out to be the Restore Purchases question above.

Is my child’s data safe?

The app asks nobody for any personal detail, shows no advertising and sends nothing about you anywhere. Progress and settings stay on the device and are deleted with the app.

The full detail is in the privacy policy.

How do I delete everything the app has stored?

Delete the app. That removes your settings and progress completely.

Purchases are not lost — they stay with your Apple ID or Google account, and Restore Purchases brings them back if you reinstall.
